Research with infant participants requires that we have a record of behaviours through the full session. Please could you consider enabling the capability to record continuously through an entire experimentasl session, and for more than 2 minutes?

We've just released Audio and Video Recording for Task Builder 2 which includes some considerable changes in underlying architecture. tl;dr, recording across screens/a whole task should now be possible to create and we'll be working on that in the coming weeks!

Hi Andrew! The main barrier to this at the moment is the physical size of the video file that would be produced and the subsequent difficulties in the participant uploading the recording. Even 2 minute long videos can be quite large and researchers sometimes experience issues with participants being able to upload these successfully.

Nevertheless, we are exploring options for allowing recordings to be longer than two minutes. While I'm hopeful we'll find some kind of workable solution, it is early days yet and we may encounter other barriers along the way!
