Tokens: Recall notifications and consumed tokens credited back into subscription

It would be useful to have a feature to notify researchers that their tokens are being recalled and check whether they are still in use. This notification could give them the option to declare whether the tokens are in use or not via a button.
Also, a way that any used tokens not assigned to an experiment are credited back into the subscription to avoid having leftover 'consumed' tokens. This would prevent manually recalling tokens one by one for each person in the subscription.

We've made a series of updates to subscription management tooling so far this year. Earlier this year, we enabled the option to reclaim unassigned tokens from user. In the last few months, we added a reclaim assigned tokens option, which will allow you to reclaim tokens assigned but unconsumed on an experiment. The researcher owning the experiment will be notified of the request and have the option to accept/reject it as required. The request will auto-resolve (attempt to reclaim the tokens) if no response from the researcher is given after seven calendar days!
