Ability to add groups to subscription management (Maybe also using different codes - a la Qualtrics style - so I can give different codes for UG/PGR/Staff so they can get different levels of restrictions on token use/approval).
Ability to add account expiration dates/account access lock dates (currently account management and getting rid of older accounts is a tedious task, especially as numbers grow).
Ability to set up some sort of approval system with academics to be approvers for their students (so some way to link accounts or present students with a list of staff in subscription to send approval requests to based on roles) for token use (this last one might not be as popular as I guess most places will have one person in charge of token approval).

It would be nice if you could set an auto-expriy date to go with self-enrol codes. So I can give out the code knowing that the accounts for users signing up using it will expire at a specific date (i.e. after the end of term)

Hey Ferenc! I was just reviewing Roadmap items for the next round of implementation.
For Department/Institution level Gorilla subscriptions/licenses, you can now set Expiry Dates for users - the user will be automatically removed from the subscription after the expiry date. Additionally, you can now give users different 'tags'. These are 'cosmetic' at the moment - they don't link to anything special but could be helpful for assigning people to groups for more general administration purposes.
We're unlikely to expand further on this during the remainder of this calender year. However, we will revisit the subscription management tools next year!
