Re-order Experiments within a Project in terms of recency of data collected for that Experiment

Hi Gorilla, it would be useful if you could consider re-ordering the Experiments within a Project in terms of the time of the latest data acquisition. E.g. I have some Projects that have > 10 Experiments within them (comprising of a mixture of questionnaires and tasks) - they are multi-part and multi-condition studies that are part of the same Project, and I have also run replications of each (in hindsight, I could have made a new Project for each of the duplications/condition). I just wondered whether showing the Experiments in order of the latest data acquisition (or even an ability to tag/colour code them to differentiate between more recent Experiments) would help anyone else who has multiple Experiments under a Project?

Hi Zoe, thanks for the suggestion!
I totally get why you'd want to be able to do this so that you can access your experiments faster :). We've been toying with the idea for a while now of adding some sort of sorting in each project folder as well as the main projects page itself. At the moment everything is alphabetical by default.
The ability to sort by something like 'last edited date' or similar was on our radar, but not necessarily by 'last participant date'. I'm curious if 'last edited date' would help you in
most
cases here? Or if the multi-part studies wouldn't get bumped to the top this way and you'd still not quite be able to find what you wanted as quickly? Do let me know your thoughts!Z

Jade Pickering (Head of Product) Hi Jade! Yes, the function for the main projects page would be great too (I had thought of that too, I tend to find that I work very intensively in one project at a time, so that function of organising the most recent projects (within a project) that have been edited would be great!)
The 'last edited date' would also be fine. There have been some instances though where I have not edited the experiment (i.e. for short experiments that comprise of one or two questionnaires), and instead, I have just increased the recruitment target to enable more participants to access the experiment (although for larger experiments, I do tend to create a new Version before doing so just so I can track participants' progress etc).

Zoe Pounder: That's really useful information Zoe, thank you so much for getting back to me! I'll take this all into account when we next make some updates to the Projects pages :)
