Download all versions of a task in the same csv file

It would be useful if it was possible to download just one csv file for all versions of a task (that are set up as separate nodes in experiment builder). At the moment it can be a bit cumbersome to identify which of many csv files are for different versions of the same task and them processing them into a single dataset.

Hello Rachael and the other 58 people who have voted for this feature 👋 I'm Head of Product at Gorilla and I have some exciting news for you all.
We're now giving some select Gorilla users the ability to:
- Combine data across all experiment versions
- Combine all task data (of all kinds, including shops and games) into one file
- Combine all questionnaire data into one file
To register for the feature (codename: Data Hamster 🐹) to be added to your account, you just need to get in touch via our Support contact form (https://app.gorilla.sc/support/contactform), choose 'My Account' and ask for the new data feature/Data Hamster. You'll be able to use it on any data you already have if you just want to try it out but aren't planning on data collection for the moment.
You can read more about the feature, and what it means more broadly for our data generation capabilities, on our support page: https://support.gorilla.sc/support/publishing-and-open-science/data-hamster#overview
After this initial slower rollout, it'll be available to everyone. No more manually combining your data files 🥳 🦍

We're nearing the end of development of a new feature which will allow you to have greater control over the way you download your data, which will allow you to not only combine all versions into one file but also to filter out data that you don't need for your analysis.
If anyone is interested in trying the beta version of this feature, do reply to this comment and let me know. The more complicated experiments we can test it with, the better! :)

I think a more general solution to this problem would be to allow the experimenter to download a datasheet with the node names under each experiment. The data sheet would look like: columns: experiment name, node_name 1, node_name_2. node_name_1_experiment version. node_name_1_pathway, etc.

This has been planned and scheduled as part of a significant update to Gorilla's data generation/preprocessing capabilities, scheduled for the end of Q3 2023! More information to follow soon!

Perhaps also other downloading options will be helpful? For example, downloading the data by the participant number would be helpful if you want to preview if the data recorded correctly, or you're looking for something specific for that participant. Also, maybe some option to actually preview the data without the need to download it (e.g., when the data is still being collected) would be useful too.

I am also for this change. For example, if there are four versions of a task and participants are run in different versions of the task. Currently, the version picker allows selection of the version and then download the associated data. There could be option given for generation of one csv file which combines data from all different versions of the task
