Questionnaire Builder 2 suppresses question numbering, automatically removing question numbers when typed as '1.' or '1)'. The only format permitted is '(1)', which looks a bit clunky. Without question numbering, it is effectively impossible to test the scoring for long questionnaires with complex scoring (e.g. reverse scoring or subscores) because the probability of making an error when completing the questionnaire (trying to keep track of which question is which) exceeds the probability of having made an error when implementing the scoring rules.
